WELCOME BACK TO LUXE!

We are thrilled to be welcoming back all of our valuable clients. We have implemented new check-in procedures, and we are taking many precautions to ensure the health and safety of both our clients & guests.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

·The Government has removed the mask mandate effective March 21st, 2022. In accordance with the mandate being lifted, we are happy to see your smiling faces once again! If you are comfortable not wearing your mask, we support you. If you are most comfortable continuing to wear your mask, we support you. We are proud to offer a fully inclusive space for everyone, and we ask that you respect each person’s individual choices and comfort levels. We will continue to keep in place social distancing protocols between all hair stations, and plexiglass dividers will remain in place at the front desk and at wash basins to ensure that all of our guests feel safe.

·For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we will continue to screen all patrons and we ask that you please review our Covid Screening Form upon entering. All staff will be required to complete a Covid self-screening form prior to beginning each shift.

· When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, PLEASE BE ON TIME! Any check ins that are later than 5 minutes after your scheduled start time will be asked to rebook for a later date. It is imperative that staff have adequate time in between appointments in order to clean & sanitize all rooms, stations, and equipment used. If you arrive early for your appointment & your service provider is not ready, you will be asked to wait inside your car until one of our guest service providers calls to check you in. Arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time is ideal in order to proceed through all of our new check in measures.

· Upon entering the facility, you will be required to use hand sanitizer provided. Before beginning your appointment, you will required to complete a client health & safety form. We apologize in advance for any delay that you may experience as we implement these new check-in procedures.

· If you are showing any signs of illness, you will be asked to leave the premises and reschedule your appointment.

· No guests will be permitted to wait with you or accompany you to your appointment.

· We have temporarily removed all magazines from the waiting area, and we are not permitted to offer beverages at this time.

· Please ensure that you do not bring any unnecessary personal items to your appointment. Keep personal items only to minimal essentials.

· Although we will not be penalizing any last minute cancelations due to feeling ill, we kindly ask that you provide us with this information as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly and open up your timeslot to another client waiting.

· These new protocols will continue to be refined and adjusted as needed, and we will promise to keep you informed every step of the way.

· We have implemented social distancing measures, and we ask that you please keep a safe distance between other clients.

· Please bear in mind that many of our staff members now have reduced schedules and limited availability. Our staff members are not able to work the same hours/shifts that they did prior to Covid. We thank you for your patience and understaning as we try our very best to accommodate all appointment requests in a timely manner.

· In order to ensure contactless delivery, we are now pleased to offer our clients the option of etransfer (directly to your service provider) for all gratuity transactions.

· The health & safety of our clients and their families is of utmost importance to us. No babies or small children will be permitted in the facility at this time. Please ensure that you schedule your appointment at a time where you can arrange child care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

· We will regularily clean and disinfect all door handles, waiting room benches, bathrooms, treatment rooms, styling stations, wash basins, point of sale terminal, front desk area, and all tools/equipment used during your appointment.

· All clients having hair salon services done will be provided with a disposable plastic cape, and all clients having waxing/sugaring services done will be provided with a disposable plastic bag in order to keep their clothing in during the appointment.

· When in close contact with clients, all service providers will be wearing personal protective equipment.

·We are pleased to offer eyebrow waxing services, however, we will NOT be offering any type of face waxing that requires mask removal (i.e. lip/chin/sideburns). We also kindly ask that you keep your mask on during eyebrow waxing services.

· For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have installed plexiglass dividers in between our hair washing basins and at the front desk.

· We will continue to provide all guests in our care the same high level of service and attention that we are known for. We truly appreciate your patience and understating as we implement all of these new protocols.
