How far in advance should I book?

We kindly ask that you pre-book your spa and hair services a MINIMUM of 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Many of our wonderful staff fill up extremely quickly, and booking the same week or the day before may result in not being able to get in for your desired service. Our evening and weekend appointments fill up very fast, and although we always try our very best to accommodate each and every guest, we may not be able to schedule you in if you do not book ahead. Our most popular services that we strongly encourage you to plan in advance for are: Sugaring, Waxing and Hair Colouring. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer a discounted "maintenance" program for Sugaring and Waxing clients that are pre-booking their services in 4 to 6 week intervals (please inquire for more information).

We also offer "Cancellation Lists" for clients that are seeking same day or same week appointments. If you are not able to get in for your requested service, we will always take your contact information and contact you immediately if a space opens up.

For bridal parties, we strongly encourage pre-booking 4 to 6 months in advance for wedding day services and 2 to 3 months ahead for the trial hair and make-up services.

Arrival For Appointment:

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a leisurely introduction to our Spa. Should you arrive late, in consideration for our next guest, your treatment must still end as scheduled in order to not inconvenience or delay the next client.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are completely at your discretion. We do provide envelopes for you to use at the front desk if you wish to leave the gratuity at reception. Generally speaking, a gratuity of 15% is standard for a service well done. We kindly ask that any gratuities given to your service provider be given in CASH ONLY. We are not able to process gratuities on debit/credit transactions.

Cell Phones:

We ask you to kindly turn your cell phones or any other electronic devices to silent during your stay with us.

Children In The Spa:

In order to preserve our peaceful and tranquil environment, and for the comfort and relaxation of other clients enjoying their services we kindly request that you do not bring babies or small children with you to your scheduled appointment. Thank you.

Pets In The Spa:

Small dogs (even if transported in carriers or bags) are NOT permitted at any time in the spa or salon area. Service dogs, of course, are exempt from this policy.

Can I Add On Services On The Day Of My Appointment?

Absolutely, providing there is enough time available before the next booking arrives. Please feel free to inquire with your service-provider or at the front desk and we will always do our best to accommodate additional services!

Spa Comfort:

Please feel free to communicate your wishes openly with your service provider. We are more than happy to adjust anything from the massage pressure to the room temperature or music level to suit your needs! Just ask!
